Users opt-in to receive SMS messages from Tod Listens by entering their phone number on our signup page at https://mailchi.mp/todlistens.ai/sms-signup as an optional field that reads: “Tod - By providing your phone number, you agree to receive promotional and marketing messages, notifications, and customer service communications from Tod. Call Transcripts and/or Recording

For quality assurance and training purposes, phone calls with Tod Listens may be recorded or transcribed. Recorded & transcribed calls are stored securely and used only to improve the Tod Listens service.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by texting "STOP" to 844-947-1741. After you send the "STOP" message, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, simply sign up again.
